Novia ties with Winterflood for low-cost ETF trading

Novia has partnered with Winterflood Business Services to offer low-cost trading of exchange traded funds (ETFs) for clients using the platform.

Launching on 7 December, the new trading facility will allow clients to trade ETFs at a charge of 5bps and an annual custody charge of 2bps. There will be a discount trading charge of £1 for for trades below £10,000, and a maximum charge capped at £150. The charges will also be aggregated to enable possible discounts for multiple trades occurring throughout the same day, and Novia has secured a discounted rate for trades made before 1 June 2016 The new facility will sit alongside Novia's existing trading technology, which enables ETFs to be held within model portfolios.
