The board of Electra Private Equity has seen further changes, including another departure, following the appointment of activist investor Edward Bramson earlier this month.
Geoffrey Cullinan, previously chairman of the management engagement committee has resigned from the company with immediate effect after his role was passed to Bramson. Cullinan, partner and advisor at management consultant firm Bain & Company, had been a member of the board since 2011. Elsewhere Roger Perkin, senior independent director, has been appointed as chairman of the remuneration and nomination committee but remains in his role as chairman of the audit committee.
