Darryl Lucas, global equity income fund manager at Sarasin & Partners, is set to leave the company in a wider reshuffle of its fund management teams.
Simon Steele, who was recently appointed from charity investment manager CCLA to co-manage Sarasin's global equity income mandates, will take over Lucas' Global Dividend and Global Higher Dividend funds, alongside the wider income team. A spokesperson for Sarasin & Partners said that the company wishes Darryl well in his new role. Steele was an investment director at CCLA, in charge of global equity selection for its £57m CBF CoE UK Equity fund and its £120m Global Equity Income fund.
