Old Mutual Global Investors has announced John Peta, head of emerging market debt, will take over as fund manager of the Old Mutual Emerging Market Debt fund as it brings the product in-house.
The $168m fund was previously managed by Stone Harbor Investment Partners but will be taken over by Peta on 21 January 2016. Peta joined OMGI in March 2015 as manager of the Old Mutual Local Currency Emerging Market Debt fund. He previously worked at Columbia Threadneedle as head of EMD.
