Miton has said two of its strategies are approaching capacity after a surge in inflows in the latter half of 2015.
In a trading update for 2015, the firm said it had seen £463m of net inflows into funds, bringing assets under management to £2.7bn, up from £2bn at the start of 2015. Some £573m went into equity funds and £52m into investment trusts although there were £162m outflows from the multi-asset funds. The CF Miton UK Value Opportunities, run by George Godber and Georgina Hamilton, saw the greatest inflows with assets rising from £211m to £783m.
