Corporate credit specialist Muzinich has launched a UK private debt fund for ultra high net worth and institutional investors.
The closed-ended vehicle has a 10-year investment term and is targeting £350m in assets, having just completed its first closing. The vehicle will lend to UK companies with earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) of between £3m and £20m at the time of investment. The fund will be co-run by portfolio managers Kirsten Bode, based in London, and Marc Shirman in the firm's Manchester office.
