Peter Geikie-Cobb and Jeremy Palliser have left Charles Stanley following a review of the fund range and closure of the £4.1m FP Matterley Bond Opportunities fund.
The fund was launched in May last year after Geikie-Cobb (pictured) joined the firm from F&C as a managing director in January 2015. Palliser leaves after joining Matterley, the fund management arm of Charles Stanley, in November 2014. At the time of the fund's launch, Charles Stanley chief executive Paul Abberley described it as an "exciting and highly relevant launch for the Matterley division at a time when the bond markets are extremely challenging".
