Thomas Miller Investment has appointed former Brown Shipley & Co head of private banking Hugh Titcomb as chief executive.
Titcomb has also worked as vice chairman and group chief executive officer at Sanlam Private Investments UK, group chief executive officer at Ansbacher Group, and managing director retail fund administration at the Bank of New York. His appointment comes after former chief executive Mike Balfour announced his resignation from the company in November.
