Standard Life Investments(SLI) has appointed Euan Stirling as head of stewardship and ESG investment.
Stirling (pictured) has worked at the firm since 2001 as a senior fund manager and investment analyst in the UK equity team and has managed institutional UK equity portfolios for public and private sector pension schemes. He previously worked at Schroder Investment Management from 1996-2001 as a UK equities fund manager. Stirling will take over from Guy Jubb, who has worked at SLI for more than 20 years and announced his retirement last October to take effect from 31 March 2016.
