Ex-Cofunds chief Dyer joins IFA firm Ascot Lloyd

Former CEO of Cofunds Stuart Dyer has been appointed non-executive director of IFA firm Ascot Lloyd.

Dyer who was also previously head of intermediary acquisitions at Close Brothers and is currently chairman of Soprano Consulting, an M&A consultancy advising UK wealth management businesses, will assist the IFA firm with its expansion plans. Richard Dunbabin, chief executive at Ascot Lloyd, said: "Stuart brings extensive board level experience and a wealth of knowledge in the financial services sector, which will be instrumental as we continue to expand our business.
