Davy Asset Management has appointed former Fidelity head of distribution Phil Jefferson as a company director.
Jefferson has also held senior roles at First State, Henderson, and J.P. Morgan Asset Management, and is currently a principal at Jconsult (Europe). The hire follows the recent appointments of Threadneedle sales director Doug Gordon and T. Rowe Price fund manager Jonty Starbuck. The international asset management arm of the Davy Group has also appointed former Schroders' quantitative equities product team member Jeremy Humphries as a fund manager in its London-based global equity investment team.
