Freedom AM hires another ex-Renaissance colleague for sales role

Gillies joins former colleagues

Freedom Asset Management, the firm set up by a team of senior ex-Renaissance Asset Management executives, has hired another former colleague as a sales director.

Ron Gillies (pictured), formerly head of sales at Renaissance AM, has joined Freedom as sales director, taking responsibility for distribution in the UK and through all global insurance company clients. Gillies was at Renaissance for nearly five years, and spent four years as head of strategic relations at Cofunds prior to that.
