Allan Conway, head of emerging market equities at Schroders, is to retire from the company after 11 years.
Conway (pictured), who is also fund manager on funds including the Schroder Global Emerging Markets, ISF Frontier Markets and ISF Emerging Markets, will continue in his role until August 2016 to ensure a smooth handover with his replacement Tom Wilson. Conway will remain available to the firm in an advisory capacity. Wilson, who has worked as a fund manager in the global emerging market equity team since November 2014, has worked at Schroders for 15 years in a variety of roles.
