Natixis Global Asset Management is to bring two new European equity funds to the UK market following the acquisition of DNCA Investments.
French firm DNCA is the newest affiliate of Natixis, joining a list of over 20 affiliates, after it acquired 71% of the business last June. Natixis plans to own 100% of the company by 2020. DNCA has €19bn in assets under management and runs 23 funds, covering absolute return, fixed income and equity. Following the acquisition, Natixis is bringing DNCA's Invest Europe Growth and Invest Europe Value funds to the UK wholesale market.
