Artemis has promoted William Tamworth to co-manager of its £343m UK Smaller Companies fund alongside Mark Niznik, who has managed the fund since 2007.
Tamworth joined Artemis in 2015 to work with Niznik (pictured) on the fund after previously working as a small- and-mid cap equity researcher at Liberum. He also worked as an equity analyst in the UK small- and-mid cap team at Citigroup. How should managers view UK smaller companies against the current economic backdrop?
