Jupiter's Bezalel gets assistant manager on £2.5bn Strat Bond fund

Jupiter Fund Management has appointed Harry Richards as assistant manager to Ariel Bezalel to provide support on the £2.5bn Strategic Bond fund, amid a raft of promotions within the team.

Richards has worked for the fixed income team since 2013 and will provide research input with some responsibility for portfolio construction, idea implementation and support on sales and marketing activities. Bezalel (pictured), who has run the fund since 2008, will retain ownership of all investment decisions. The Strategic Bond fund has returned 10.5% over three years to 6 April, versus the IA Sterling Strategic Bond average of 8.4%, according to FE. Jupiter has also made a number of promotions within its fixed income team to enhance support for its capabilities in the asset class. ...
