George Robinson, founding partner of emerging markets specialist Sloane Robinson, is optimistic about the "very strong" fundamental growth drivers in China, despite widespread concerns about the country's economic slowdown.
Robinson (pictured) founded the firm in 1993 with partner Hugh Sloane and has acted as portfolio manager since 2004. The group manages a range of EM-focused mandates, from an investment trust to hedge funds and segregated mandates.
