Henderson appoints Wagstaff to board of directors

Philip Wagstaff, global head of distribution at Henderson Global Investors, has been appointed to the company's board of directors.

Wagstaff (pictured) has been at the firm since January 2012, having previously spent nearly four years working as global head of distribution at Gartmore Investment Management. His appointment as executive director on the board of Henderson Global Investors takes effect from 24 May. In total, he has over 28 years of experience in the fund management industry, also previously holding senior roles in UK retail with both New Star Asset Management and M&G Investments.
