Lucy Marmion, co-manager of the £368m BlackRock UK Smaller Companies fund, has left the firm to pursue another role, Investment Week can reveal.
From 6 July, Marmion's current co-manager Roland Arnold (pictured) will become sole manager of the fund. There will be no change to the way it is run. The former co-manager will also stand down as a member of BlackRock's small- and mid-cap equity team. Arnold has worked at BlackRock for 15 years and became co-manager on the fund in March 2015.
