Fund Partners appoints former Cofunds CEO Boothman to board

Fund Partners has appointed the former chief executive of Cofunds, Clive Boothman, to its board as a non-executive director.

Boothman (pictured) will help boost Fund Partners' presence as an independent fund operator in both the UK and Ireland. He is also the founder of wrap platform Ascentric and was CEO of Gerrards between 2000-2001 following the merger of Capel Cure Sharp and Greig Middleton to become the UK's largest stockbroker at the time. Previously, Boothman worked as managing director at Schroder Unit Trusts Limited. For the past 12 years he has also been chairman of Investment Funds Direct.
