GAM Star Credit Opportunities was the most popular fund among UK discretionary and multi-managers in June, while property funds saw the biggest outflows, according to Harrington Cooper.
The £341m offshore GAM Star Credit Opportunities fund, managed by Anthony Smouha (pictured), was the most commonly held fund during June, despite having not featured among the popular funds at all in the previous month. The firm surveyed the key asset allocation decisions made during June, the month of the Brexit referendum, by 32 multi-manager funds and model portfolios, which together are responsible for £10.8bn in assets.
