Premier Asset Management plans £200m float - report

Premier Asset Management is understood to be preparing to list on the London Stock Exchange nearly a decade after being taken private, according to reports.

The Sunday Times reports Premier has hired stockbrokers Keefe, Bruyette & Woods and Numis to work on a £200m listing by the end of the year. Premier AM has started a roadshow for potential investors but will assess City demand before any formal launch. The proposals are understood to be at an "early stage" and discussions could be disrupted by market volatility, The Sunday Times reports.
