Jupiter renames Gunn and Petheram's High Income fund

Alastair Gunn and Rhys Petheram's Jupiter High Income fund is to be renamed as the Jupiter Distribution & Growth fund from next month.

The change will take place on 1 November following regulatory approval and there will be no changes to the £508m fund's investment process or objective. Jupiter said the decision had been taken in order to align the multi-asset fund with the Jupiter Distribution and Jupiter Enhanced Distribution vehicles. The fund aims to deliver a high and rising income with capital growth to investors by investing in a portfolio of equities and high yielding convertible securities with some exposure to fixed interest securities, primarily in the UK.
