Seneca launches Managed Storage EIS fund

Initial fund raising target of £10m

Seneca Partners has launched the Managed Storage EIS fund, with an initial fund raising target of £10m.

The firm, which focuses on growing companies and manages more than £30m in its portfolio service, has been invested in the storage sector since 2014, working alongside the management team responsible for operating its current portfolio of storage assets. It said this team had identified the opportunity to acquire a number of freehold and/or long leasehold storage facilities to further expand the estate of storage assets it manages.
