Woodford Investment Management has launched an offshore feeder structure for its £9.6bn Woodford Equity Income fund allowing access to investors outside the UK.
The feeder fund is available from 13 October and will be domiciled in Ireland. It can be accessed by a range of investors both in the UK and overseas, including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. The vehicle will be a UCITS fund and will be available in sterling, euro and US dollars, as well as in hedged and unhedged share classes.
