Odey hires ex-BlueBay manager for Bond's Odyssey team

Odey Asset Management has appointed Dipankar Shewaram to Tim Bond's investment team, which runs the Odey Odyssey fund.

Shewaram (pictured) has previously worked at BlueBay Asset Management and then Western Asset Management, before co-founded hedge fund Goldbridge Capital Partners, which was later shut down in 2015. He has since held a non-executive role at crowdfunding platform British Pearl, as well as being a member of two investment committees.
