Tideway Asset Management is planning to launch a Value Recovery mixed asset fund in 2017.
Managing partner and chief investment officer Peter Doherty (pictured) said the vehicle could be structured in a closed-ended format, which would be the first such product for the firm. The fund will be a global long-only strategy with the ability to invest up to 40% in equities. Tideway currently runs a range of UCITS funds in the fixed income and absolute return space. The three funds are Hybrid Capital, Credit and Real Return and all are domiciled in Ireland.
