Rowan Dartington sells off platform business Ardan

Firm acquired by SJP in 2015

Rowan Dartington has agreed to sell its international platform business Ardan International to RL360° Group for an undisclosed sum.

Ardan International was purchased by Rowan Dartington in 2014 and was the first independent wealth platform designed exclusively for international advisers and their investors. Rowan Dartington executive chairman Graham Coxell (pictured) said the decision to sell was due to the firm's acquisition by St James's Place last year, which meant it needed to be platform independent. As part of the agreement, Rowan Dartington will continue to use Ardan for its international business expansion on an outsourced basis.
