City Financial expands senior operations team with four appointments

Independent investment manager City Financial has hired four members of staff to its senior operations teams in New York and London.

City Financial has hired Amy Wong, William Dumas, Justin Brodersen and Simon Taylor all of whom joined the firm in 1 December and will report directly to Lou Thorne, global chief operating officer. The team of four all join from Fortress Investment Group where they previously worked with Thorne in the liquid markets division. Wong was co-director of operations and treasury while Dumas was co-director of operations. Brodersen was director of middle office and Taylor was UK operations manager.
