Scopic Research is to become part of The Adviser Centre as the two consultancies aim to provide a "total research solution" for intermediaries looking to outsource investments.
The Adviser Centre became part of the Embark Group in October, which has allowed the two consultancies to "join forces", according to Scopic Research managing director Paul Ilott (pictured). "We had realised for some time Scopic needed a bigger, better resourced parent with better connections to the intermediated market," he said.
