Premier Asset Management's property manager Alex Ross is avoiding increasing exposure to offices in the City of London over fears companies will begin relocating overseas as a result of Brexit.
Ross (pictured), who has been manager of the £263m Premier Pan European Property Share fund since 2005, said there is now a real threat of companies relocating away from London to cities such as Paris, Frankfurt and Dublin. While he acknowledged it is still "early days", he said Brexit has already been affecting market sentiment amid concerns there could be drop-off in demand for central London properties.
