FE expands with acquisition of two regulation specialists

Keen to influence regulatory change

FE has acquired fund registration specialist Global Funds Registration (GFR) and regulatory documents provider Kii Hub, allowing the firm to work closer with regulatory bodies and working groups.

Following the acquisitions, GFR will retain its identity while Kii Hub, which provides regulatory documents such as KIIDs and PRIIPs KIDs, will become part of FE's Regulatory Services. FE said the acquisition will enable the firm to better understand and influence regulatory change and recommendations and strengthen its position as a key partner to the fund management industry.
