AXA Investment Managers has appointed Heidi Ridley as CEO of its Rosenberg equities arm to replace Jeremy Baskin, who is leaving the business, as it announces a raft of other senior appointments.
Baskin was appointed CEO of the Rosenberg business in 2011, and will be replaced in his role by Ridley from 1 March 2017. He will remain in an advisory capacity for several months to ensure a smooth transition for the firm's clients. At the same time, Kathleen Houssels will take on the role of global CIO at the equities arm. Meanwhile, Isabelle Scemama has been appointed CEO of AXA IM - Real Assets, effective immediately, replacing Pierre Vaquier, who is also leaving to pursue other interests after 24 years at the company.
