Hargreaves Lansdown is launching the Select UK Income Shares fund on 2 March, which will be the second in its new range of self-managed equity strategies.
The fund will launch with a £1 fixed launch price and will sit in the IA UK Equity Income sector. It aims to offer income and capital growth over the long term, with a high level of transparency on underlying holdings. The estimated 3.9% yield at launch will be paid monthly. The fund will be managed by Steve Clayton and the portfolio will hold around 30 stocks at launch, spread across 15 different sectors. It will include large, medium and some smaller companies.
