AXA Investment Managers will launch a new fund to invest in companies promoting best practice regarding gender diversity.

The AXA World Funds Mix IN Perspectives fund will be managed by Julie Lamirel (pictured), and will launch on 28 February. Lamirel will also look for companies which aim to create a positive social impact related to diversity and inclusion to generate long-term equity returns. The vehicle will take an unconstrained approach to stockpicking based on fundamental bottom-up research to identify the best positioned companies from a gender diversity perspective.
