Kepler Partners is launching an emerging markets equity fund as the second product on its Dublin UCITS platform, Kepler Liquid Strategies (KLS), to be managed by emerging markets specialist Sloane Robinson.
The fund, named KLS Sloane Robinson Emerging Market Equity, will be a Dublin-domiciled UCITS vehicle, and is expected to begin trading on 3 April, subject to regulatory approvals. Kepler has appointed EM specialist Sloane Robinson to run the product, which will be co-managed by its CIO Ed Butchart and managing executive C.J. Morrell, who previously ran funds at J.P. Morgan Asset Management.
