Jeremy Roberts, head of UK retail sales at BlackRock, is preparing to run, cycle or row 10 kilometres every day in May to support the industry charity CASCAID, which aims to raise over £1m for Cancer Research UK.
Roberts (pictured) will be joined by 30 of his BlackRock colleagues for the ongoing challenge, which the team will have to fit around their time in the office. He said: "It will take a lot of training but the main difficulty will be doing it every day. A 10k run should take less than an hour but doing it every day will be hard." The endeavour will begin on 1 May and will see the team run 10k for ten days, cycle 10k for another and row 10k for the remaining ten days. This can be together or individually.
