Gina Miller considers second Brexit lawsuit over 'Henry VIII legislation'

Gina Miller, the businesswoman who successfully filed a lawsuit seeking parliamentary approval for Brexit, has indicated she may bring a second case over EU laws.

According to Bloomberg, Miller (pictured) said she would consider going to court over whether the government could enact the Great Repeal Bill.
