Sterling shorts reduced in 'drastic fashion': Investors react to UK snap election

Expect political volatility

Financial commentators have warned of increased market volatility in the coming months as they react to the news of a snap UK General Election in June, but said this could present buying opportunities in mid caps and strengthening sterling.
