Investment Week founder Tim Weller and the leadership team of parent Incisive Media have secured a management buyout (MBO), that allows the business to accelerate its growth strategy under long-term private ownership.

The MBO was led by Tim Weller, founder and chairman, CFO Jamie Campbell-Harris and CEO Jonathon Whiteley; a team who have worked together in the business for two decades. This exciting development allows Incisive Media to operate as a fully independent private company. This gives it the flexibility to focus on investing in both its existing market-leading products and services and to take full advantage of further opportunities for growth, either organically or through acquisition.
