Cohen & Steers is set to bring two sub-funds of its Luxembourg-domiciled range to the UK, as well as a number of other jurisdictions, in an effort to grow its European investor base.
The firm expects to launch its Global Real Estate Securities and Global Listed Infrastructure funds for UK investors by mid-June. The two funds are currently only available in a small number of European jurisdictions, including the Netherlands and Luxembourg, but retail and wholesale investors in the UK will now be able to access the two vehicles. The vehicle will also be made available to wholesale investors in a number of other jurisdictions, including Spain, Austria, France and Ireland, and to qualified investors in Switzerland.
