Janus Capital's Glendon exits to head up UK distribution at Principal Global Investors

Alan Glendon, former UK sales director at Janus Capital, which completed the merger with Henderson this week, has joined Principal Global Investors to head up UK fund distribution.

Glendon has taken up his new role as director of UK fund distribution this week, and will be responsible for building and strengthening relationships between Principal and private banks, wealth managers, family offices and brokers in UK, Ireland and the Channel Islands. Glendon worked at Janus Capital for four years as sales director of UK financial institutions.
