Urging PM to talk to other parties

Former Prime Minister David Cameron has urged Theresa May to work with other political parties as he said the UK should adopt a "softer" approach to Brexit", echoing calls from City leaders yesterday.

Cameron told a business conference in Poland that PM May should "listen to other parties" on how to leave the EU, while also saying May was right to remain in office despite losing her parliamentary majority in last week's snap elections. She has since sought a deal with Ireland's Democratic Unionist Party (DUP) to form a minority government.
