Fidelity has launched the FIRST ESG All Country World fund, focusing on global companies with strong environmental, social and corporate governance.
The Luxembourg-domiciled SICAV fund, which has $80m of seed money, aims to achieve long-term capital growth using bottom-up research to find companies with the highest ESG ratings. MSCI expands ESG range with five indices It will also exclude companies that derive a significant portion of business from activities such as alcohol, weapons, gambling and tobacco.
