M&G chief executive Anne Richards has been named as the new chair of the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) practitioner panel.
Richards (pictured), who has been a member of the panel since 2013, will succeed HSBC chief executive António Simões, FCA chairman John Griffith-Jones has announced. Richards has been at the helm of Prudential-owned investment manager M&G since June 2016. Prior to joining Prudential she was chief investment officer and head of the EMEA region for Aberdeen Asset Management, positions she held until February 2016.
