Investec Asset Management has appointed Michael Hayward as manager of the Investec American and offshore American Equity funds, replacing Alessandro Dicorrado.
Dicorrado has managed the fund since March 2016 and Investec said he would now focus on his global value investment responsibilities. Hayward has worked as an equity analyst at the firm since June 2013, joining from RMB Asset Management. As a result of the change, the funds will now be managed using a quality investment process rather than a value one.
