Former Barings distribution head joins Insight Investment

Angus Woolhouse, former global head of distribution at Baring Asset Management, has joined Insight Investment.

Woolhouse (pictured) joined the firm as global head of distribution this month. He will be reporting to Abdallah Nauphal who is chief executive of Insight. He left Barings last September after nearly four years following the merger with MassMutual affiliates Babson, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers and Wood Creek Capital. Since then, Rod Aldridge, managing director, UK wealth, has also left the firm after nine years.
