Old Mutual Wealth has hired John-Paul Crutchley as head of investor relations to support shareholder engagement as it embarks on a managed separation from Old Mutual.
Crutchley will liaise with current and future shareholders as it goes through the managed separation and will lead the shareholder relationship programme. The managed separation programme involves demerging from the wider Old Mutual Group and the listing of Old Mutual Wealth on the London and Johannesburg Stock Exchanges. Crutchley will report to Tim Tookey, chief financial officer at Old Mutual Wealth, who joined earlier this year from Alliance Trust.
