Liontrust Asset Management has appointed Sophia Tickell, co-founder of the not-for-profit thinktank Meteos, as an independent non-executive director of its board, effective from 1 October.
Tickell is currently a member of the group's advisory committee for its sustainable future funds but will also act as a director for its board next month, subject to regulatory approval. She is a founding partner of Meteos, a thinktank that combines analysis with senior level dialogues between industry, investors and societal stakeholders.
