Diversity Project launches database to support individuals returning to industry after career break

The Diversity Project has launched a Returners Database, allowing those who are rejoining the investment sector after a career break to register their skills and expertise.

The database, created in association with The Buy-Side Club, is seeking to attract a largely untapped pool of highly-qualified, experienced and motivated talent back into the investment industry. Aimed at those who have been out of the industry for at least a year, they will be able to register their professional profiles on the website. Investment firms who are members of the Diversity Project can then access the database to view returners' details, find candidates who may be suitable for vacant positions and/or returner schemes, and contact people in relation to opportunities.
